We aren’t meant to be stressed or feel disconnected from ourselves or others. Our natural state of being should be one of complete harmony; top physical functioning and comfort, with feelings of inner peace and the ability to handle anything life challenges us with in a thoughtful and graceful manner.

What to Expect
After your massage appointment is made, you should expect to receive a call confirming your appointment up to 48 hours before. If this is your first visit, you will have been asked to arrive early in order to assess your needs and goals. There are client parking spaces marked in front and behind the building for your convenience. I will be there to greet you in the sitting room.
Where Will My Massage or
Bodywork Session Take Place?
Your massage or hypnotherapy session will take place in my
San Diego Massage Studio inside a warm, comfortable, quiet room. Soft music may be played
to help you relax. You will lie on a table especially designed for your comfort.
Who Will Perform the Massage
or Bodywork?
It’s important for you to know that your holistic health practitioner has over 1000 hours of training and is both licensed and insured. What this translates to is a knowledgeable therapist who follows a professional code of ethics and provides you with a safe quiet space to bring about any positive changes that
you seek.
